We quote on clubs in any of our five grades: Brand New, Mint, Excellent, Good and Fair. Fair covers heavy wear or cosmetic damage on clubs that are still usable. Mention scratches, dents, grip condition or repairs, and add photos if you can.
Every offer is personalised. We look at the brand, model, specification (loft, shaft, special editions) and the condition you describe, plus any photos. If the clubs don't match that description when they arrive, the offer may change.
There's no obligation. You choose which club offers to accept, and nothing is sent until you do. If our inspection changes an offer once your clubs arrive, you can reject the revised amount and we'll pay to return your clubs.
Once you accept, we email a prepaid Parcelforce label, so postage is on us. Pack the clubs in a strong box with the heads protected, attach the label, and drop it at a Parcelforce depot or a Post Office that accepts Parcelforce. Keep your receipt.
By bank transfer (BACS) or PayPal, within 48 hours of inspection.
