When you request a quote, we ask you to choose a condition grade for each club. Picking the right one helps us make an accurate offer straight away. Here's what each grade means.

Brand New

Unused, with original packaging or tags where applicable. The club has never been hit.

Mint

Nearly new, with little or no visible use. You might have hit it a few times, but you'd have to look closely to tell.

Excellent

Light use and only minor cosmetic marks. The kind of club that's been well looked after over a season or two.

Good

Normal play wear and fully usable, with no major damage. Most clubs that have been used regularly fall here.

Fair

Heavy wear or cosmetic damage, but still usable. Think deep scratches, paint chips or worn grips.

Condition is one of several things we look at, alongside the brand, model and specification. If the clubs don't match the description when they arrive, the offer may change, and you can reject the revised amount and have your clubs returned free.
